- for general discussion of the use of RT, basic troubleshooting, sharing of tips, etc.
- rt-devel@lists.bestpractical.com
- for discussion of modifying RT's codebase yourself or deep technical discussions about RT.
- rt-commit@lists.bestpractical.com
- to get mail any time changes are committed to the RT subversion archive .
