for announcements of new RT releases and security issues. Very low traffic.

for general discussion of the use of RT, basic troubleshooting, sharing of tips, etc.
rt-devel@lists.bestpractical.com
for discussion of modifying RT's codebase yourself or deep technical discussions about RT.
rt-commit@lists.bestpractical.com
to get mail any time changes are committed to the RT subversion archive .

To get yourself on to any of these lists, send mail to (listname)-request@lists.bestpractical.com with a message body consisting solely of the word:
